Printify T-Shirts and Sweatshirts - Print on Demand (POD)

We've partnered with Printify (a print on demand company) to produce our t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies. Print-on-demand means that all products are unique and produced only when the order is placed. The products are shipped directly to you from the printer.

This also means that returns and exchanges are only available if the product is damaged or there is a manufacturing error. Refunds are not available if you order the wrong size or color or if you change your mind.

If there is a manufacturing error, a refund or replacement is available if you contact us within 21 days of product delivery. Clear photographs of the error(s) must be included so that we can send them to Printify when we submit an issue on your behalf. 

Please note that Printify allows for a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. This means that minor variations in the placement of the print are not considered a defects.

Because products are shipped directly to you from the printer, a separate shipping fee (usually $3.99 - $9.99) will be charged. If you order other items with your Printify t-shirts or sweatshirts, they will arrive in separate shipments.

A tracking number for your Printify items will be sent to you via email as soon as it is available. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
